Apply to St. John the Baptist DHS
The online application is required for the following students:
Current 8th grade students who did not take the TACHS Exam
Students who took the TACHS Exam but did not list St. John the Baptist DHS (code #698)
Students in grades 9–11 seeking to transfer
To begin, parents must create an account in our Admissions Portal.
Once logged in, select “Begin the Admissions Process” to start your application.
Required Application Materials
Before submitting your application, please be prepared to upload the following:
Academic records from the past three years (final report cards or unofficial transcript)
Most current report card
Attendance report (if not included on transcript)
Two letters of recommendation
Discipline report (or a letter from a school official indicating none exists)
Current IESP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
After the application and all required materials have been submitted, the Admissions Office will review the file. An interview may be required as part of the admissions process.
